These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Noble+ Club website and social casino service (the "Service"), operated by GLOBAL NEXUS CORP LTD ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Nature of the Service
Noble+ Club is a free-to-play social casino. The Service offers casino-style games for entertainment only. Virtual in-game currency ("Coins") has no monetary value, cannot be purchased with real money on this Service, cannot be exchanged for real money, and cannot be redeemed for any real-world prize. The Service does not offer real-money gambling.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old. By using the Service you represent that you are 18 or older and that the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3. Accounts
You create a free account using an email address. Keep your credentials confidential. You may delete your account at any time by emailing contact@nobleplus.net.
4. Virtual Coins
- Awarded on signup, refreshed daily, earned through gameplay.
- No monetary value; not transferable to other users or external systems.
- Cannot be purchased with real currency on the Service.
- Cannot be exchanged for cash, prizes, or anything of value.
- We may modify, suspend, or remove Coins at any time.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to (a) use the Service unlawfully; (b) attempt unauthorised access; (c) use bots or automation; (d) reverse-engineer the Service; (e) impersonate another person; (f) use the Service if under 18.
6. Intellectual property
All content is owned by GLOBAL NEXUS CORP LTD or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without cause or notice.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom.
